From completion hours to your renewal submission

  1. Download your reviewed certificate, transcript and badge from Saved plans & certificates.
  2. Read the current official rules for each selected certification. Check activity eligibility, cycle dates, category limits and fees.
  3. Submit the relevant learning hours and evidence through your certification vendor’s portal. Follow that vendor’s conversion and reporting rules.
  4. Keep the submission reference and vendor decision. Record accepted credits in My Learning after the vendor confirms them.
