Over the years, Pierre has provided countless training services in Technology, Leadership, and Cyber Security to some of the most respected leaders in the intelligence and military communities.

His agile approach to incident response and his diverse background in providing exceptional leadership to people of all backgrounds have propelled Pierre forward as a highly qualified provider of industry-leading certifications training, mentorship, and project management services. About:

Raymond held the positions of Information Assurance Division Leading Chief Petty Officer, Information Systems Security Manager, and Cyber Security Work Force Program Manager (CSWF). This was during his time at the Information Warfare Training Group San Diego, before retiring from Naval service at the rank of Information Systems Technician Chief (ITC).Throughout his distinguished career, he’s held multiple training roles delivering system-specific training and General Military Training to his commands and divisions. Raymond instructed IT “C” Schools at the Center for Information Dominance Learning Site in San Diego where he was certified as an Instructor and Master Training Specialist (MTS).

Position:

Mr. Hughes joined DoD Training Center in 2019 and opened DoD Training Center’s San Diego branch in April of 2021. Over 200 students have completed their certifications due to Raymond’s unique o training and personnel development insight. While Mr. Hughes constantly works to add more certifications to his portfolio, he currently holds the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CASP, CEH, CSA, CNDA, CYSA, SEC+, NET+, A+, ITF+, PROJECT+
