Raymond held key roles as Information Assurance Division Leading Chief Petty Officer, Information Systems Security Manager, and Cyber Security Work Force Program Manager at the Information Warfare Training Group San Diego before retiring as an ITC. He provided system-specific and General Military Training and taught IT "C" Schools at the Center for Information Dominance, earning certification as an Instructor and Master Training Specialist (MTS).
Distinction
Mr. Hughes joined DoD Training Center in 2019 and opened the San Diego branch in 2021. Over 200 students have earned certifications through his unique training methods. Currently, he holds certifications in CISSP, CISM, CASP, CEH, CSA, CNDA, CYSA, SEC+, NET+, A+, ITF+, and PROJECT+.
